About us
Rita Jeffery
Rita has worked primarily in financial institutions, spending the last 10 years of her career in learning and development.
Her previous roles have included managing over 70 staff in a customer services environment and design and delivery of Learning and
Development for 750 staff across 21 sites. During this time she has coached individuals at all levels in their careers from trainee
managers to senior directors.
Working now as a consultant, she is the Head of Mentoring and Learning Support at Catalyst Business Dynamics, responsible for the
students working towards coaching accreditation. She is a practitioner in the use of both the Myers Briggs type indicator and The
British Psychological Society (level B) personality questionnaire, which she uses as an aid to coaching and developing individuals.
Rita also teaches life coaching at Bromley Adult Education College.
She has lived in Hayes, Kent for the last 5 years, having been brought up in East London. She is married to Shaun
and has an 8 year old son, Patrick.
Lesley Oliver
Lesley is currently working part-time for the Open
University as an Associate Lecturer both in Child
Development and Psychology, and Environmental
Science; careers and course guidance being a major part
of this role. She also works with both children and
teenagers as a tutor, and specialises in working with children
with special educational needs. A major feature of this
work is building their confidence and self-esteem and
helping them to develop their skills for life.
Her background previous to this was predominantly in
Human Resources, running the personnel and admin
function for a multi-national corporation, and in
recruitment where she managed a recruitment agency.
She has a BSc Honours degree in Biology and
Environmental Science and is interested in neuroscience
and how the human brain works to make us the individuals
we are.
Lesley lives in West Wickham, Kent with her husband Ian, a web designer, and children Abigail and Christian.
